Director, Nick Tsougranis, has over 25 years’ experience in the water industry, across Australia, South East Asia and North America with organisations such as US Filter, Pall Corporation, GE and Suez.
Nick has the ability to seamlessly integrate bid teams having successfully managed large complex infrastructure projects for GE with construction partners including John Holland, UGL and Laing O’Rourke.
Nick is particularly focused on structuring successful bid teams and introducing best practices with a strong emphasis on capturing commercial and technical risks. Some of the best practices include,
setting market clearing price, subcontractor should cost analysis and win/loss debriefs.
